Excellent experience with this shop! I’ve never known an Etsy shop that actually ships the same day they print the shipping label, but MMGlassworks did so within a day of placing my order. And when I had to contact the shop because of an error on my end, they were great and resolve the issue quickly. 10/10 recommend! Picture shows 2G and 4G clear borosilicate tunnels.
The quality is great, it’s exactly what I was hoping for. I made a mistake with what I ordered (accidentally purchasing double flared when I wanted single flared) but I let the seller know and they had no problem fixing that and giving me the right product. The item was mixed up with another person, so it took longer than anticipated to get the right product, but the wait was worth it. I likely will be purchasing again with larger sizes as I size up, these are so nice.
